In September, we came to Hangzhou Eco-environment Bureau with our completed project products. We introduced our products to the relevant personnel, and introduced the principle of the products, and provided the experimental data of the products on the treatment of formaldehyde. The EPA is very optimistic about our project of using microorganisms to treat formaldehyde without causing pollution. It believes that it is not only a marketable product, but also a new trend of using biological formaldehyde removal. Obviously, our project has received strong support from the Environmental Bureau.
In order to investigate the public's awareness of formaldehyde and to obtain the product form accepted by the public, we sent out questionnaires to survey the information of the people of different ages. At the same time, in the process of issuing questionnaires, we also enclose knowledge cards, hoping to popularize some knowledge about formaldehyde that most people do not know.

Place: primary school in wanyuan,Sichuan
During the summer vacation, our team members came to Wanyuan primary school for teaching. In all the curriculum arrangements, in addition to biology class, we also inserted some courses to introduce the IGEM competition, and taught some relatively simple knowledge of synthetic biology. To our surprise, although they usually did't have biology classes at all, some students showed great interest in synthetic biology, and even put forward their hope to be able to engage in this industry in the future, and narrated their dreams. In the end, we introduced our IGEM formaldehyde removal project in detail, hoping to become their enlightenment in synthetic biology research.
After the enrollment of new students in 2019, we organized a new students' lecture, in which the team members introduced the competition to everyone, and also talked about the contents and teams of the competition. We also introduced the projects we will participate in this year. It is hoped that through this lecture, more new students will be able to understand and join the international competition on synthetic biology.

In order to promote the scientific development of synthetic biology, biosafety and our team's project, we decided to make a kind of poker about synthetic biology. In order to make our project propaganda more interesting and easy to understand, we have transformed each part of the three channels into a vivid cartoon image printed on each card. The same pattern of cards can form a complete channel. We distributed them in batches. After students enjoyed the patterns with great interest, some interested students even asked us to know more about synthetic biology. We hope that this poker can stimulate students'interest in synthetic biology and participate in more activities related to synthetic biology.
We recorded our whole life through video shooting and later video clips, and produced an interactive video, which enables viewers to determine the direction of video content by manually selecting the event development direction while watching the video, so that viewers can experience the specific progress process of our project this year more truly.

We visited many companies related to Biopharmaceutics, not only introduced our projects and market prospects, but also attempted to obtain sponsorship from these companies.
Long Rundong, the leader of South China University of technology, introduced their project to us. Due to the decrease of pH in the fermentation process of modern fermentation industry, the production of products is reduced, and produces a large number of waste water. In order to promote the green manufacturing of the industry, the production of products is increased by constructing acid resistant engineering bacteria through the method of synthetic biology. We have learned that this strain has a switch like element that only works when the fermentation acidity reaches a level harmful to the strain. We also introduced our own project and got the suggestion that the finished product of our product must not be too high, so it will not have great competitiveness in the market.
We communicated with the team of Wuhan University. We introduced our project about formaldehyde and the other party's project about repairing silk. During the communication, they mainly asked us about the period of formaldehyde removal and whether the bacteria could be compatible with the three plasmids. So we thought about whether to introduce some genes into the base of E.coli. In group.
